Broiled Salmon
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, 6-8 oz ea, skin off
1T olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat oven on broiler setting. Spray a baking dish
with non-stick spray. Rub the salmon with olive oil
and season with salt and pepper. Place in the baking dish and put on the
center oven rack. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature
reaches 140°.
Serve and enjoy!
