Mango Black Bean Salsa
Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 mango, small dice
1 red pepper, small dice
4 plum tomatoes, small dice
1 very small red onion, small dice
½ cup cilantro, chopped
¼ lime juice, freshly squeezed
Salt and pepper
Method:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir
well. Refrigerate before serving with chips.
