Tabouli Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:
5 oz bulgur
4 oz green onions
3 oz parsley, chopped
1 oz mint, chopped
4 oz olive oil
2 oz lemon juice
½ cup tomatoes, chopped
1 oz pine nuts, toasted
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:
Place bulgur in a mixing bowl and cover with cold water. Soak till tender(about 2 hours). Drain well and squeeze out excess water. Add all other ingredients and season to taste. For more intense flavor use flavored oil.
